INFRASTRUCTURE AS A SPORTS OS
At Mansur Sports, infrastructure is not just concrete, bleachers, and lines on a field. It is the hardware layer of our sports ecosystem: the places where performance, community, and data are generated every day.
Our LENS
We design and develop:
-
Elite soccer academies
-
Padel and pickleball lifestyle clubs
-
Upgraded public spaces and urban venues
All of them connected by a shared logic:
daily usage, long-term player pathways, and data-native design that can support a clear performance identity.
Our Lens
From Assets to Platforms
Most venues are built as one-off projects.
We design each site as a platform inside a larger system:
-
A place where kids train, families gather, and communities return week after week
-
A canvas where performance, product, and experience can naturally coexist
-
A node in a wider network connected through our Fan Operating System, M82 Datara
Under the hood, we combine:
-
50+ years of operating experience in professional sport
-
Real estate and development expertise
-
Public–private partnership structuring with cities
-
A technology layer that ensures every asset can be measured, understood, and optimized over time

ELITE SOCCER ACADEMY NETWORK
European-Standard Development, Local Access
One of our flagship infrastructure initiatives is a new generation of elite soccer academies, developed with strategic guidance from Davor Šuker – former World Cup Golden Boot winner and federation president.
The ambition is precise:
Change how kids train locally so that being ready for a European club is a realistic outcome, not a fantasy.
These academies are conceived as:
-
Methodology-driven – Training concepts inspired by European high-performance standards: technique, decision-making, game intelligence, physical preparation, and mindset.
-
Scouting-ready – Facilities, competition structures, and performance data organized so that European clubs can clearly read progression over time.
-
Accessible but elite – Located in or near existing communities, with professional-grade surfaces, lighting, support buildings, and integrated technology.
Every training session, match, and evaluation is designed to create both on-field development and structured, usable information about how players are evolving.
Built Through Public–Private Innovation
The academy model is designed to be scalable across cities through innovative public–private partnerships:
-
Cities contribute underused or strategic public spaces—parks, municipal fields, existing sports centers.
-
Mansur Sports leads concept design, master planning, and operations.
-
Sites are upgraded into state-of-the-art soccer environments with clear social impact and a long-term, high-performance narrative.
The result:
-
Public spaces transformed into elite-ready training grounds
-
A visible, structured pathway for local talent
-
And a year-round, real-world platform where the next generation of players and families live their soccer story every week

PADEL & PICKLEBALL: LIFESTYLE HUBS
Racquet Sports as Everyday Community Engines
In parallel, we are developing padel and pickleball clubs as lifestyle hubs, not just sports facilities.
These venues are planned to include:
-
Multiple padel and pickleball courts
-
Social terraces, clubhouses, and viewing areas
-
Programming for ladders, leagues, academies, and casual play
-
Integrated F&B and event capabilities
Their role in the ecosystem:
-
Daily touchpoints – People play, watch, socialize, and return several times a week, not once a month.
-
Community anchors – Safe, desirable spaces where families and friends build their routines around sport.
-
High-clarity environments – Clean, visually consistent venues where performance, style, and product can be experienced in real use, not just on a billboard.
These hubs function as everyday stages for how modern sport is actually lived.
Shared Logic with the Soccer Academy
The academy network and racquet-sports clubs are designed to operate as parts of the same system:
-
Kids can train in soccer and discover racquet sports in the same wider ecosystem.
-
Families have multiple reasons to visit the same group of venues throughout the week.
-
Cities see upgraded public-space usage and a stronger, more visible sports culture.
Together, they form a multi-sport, multi-format platform that reflects real life:
soccer for ambition and pathway, racquet sports for habit and lifestyle—both within the same designed environment.
DATA & M82 DATARA
THE INVISIBLE LAYER
Infrastructure that learns.
All projects are conceived to be natively compatible with our Fan Operating System, M82 Datara:
-
Entry points, check-in points, and interaction nodes are defined from the blueprint stage.
-
Activity across soccer academies, padel/pickleball clubs, and city events is captured as structured signals.
-
Over time, the ecosystem learns:
-
Where loyalty is strongest
-
How players and families distribute their time across sites and sports
-
Which formats and schedules create the deepest and most sustainable engagement
-
For any future performance identity that lives inside this world, infrastructure is not just a logo surface;
it becomes a source of insight on participation, behavior, and long-term value.
THE OUTCOME
When academy networks, racquet-sports hubs, and public spaces are planned as one, data-ready ecosystem, you get:
-
Kids training in European-standard environments with a clear, visible pathway forward
-
Cities with transformed public spaces that are active, safe, and meaningful
-
A physical network where performance, community, and innovation naturally intersect
-
And infrastructure that becomes more intelligent and more valuable the longer it runs
